Since our inception 3 years ago, Austin YogaWorks
has developed many wonderful relationships with students who
are teachers. We spoke with them and asked how we could help
other teachers in the community and, utilizing this information,
our Yoga for Teachers program was born. We first want to get
you interested in our classes, then offer our classes at prices
that will appeal to you while providing you with a unique
and peaceful environment! We want to emphasize that all teachers
and school staff are welcome to participate in our classes
and events because we know what a stressful job you all have.
Here are a few examples of how yoga can benefit education

stretching out tense muscles that you probably never knew
were tight. A yoga practice can help relieve headaches, sore
low backs and tight neck muscles while reviving a tired mind.
