Unwinding
Unwinding
Unwinding is a class led by one or more of our
qualified Myofascial
Release Therapists. Topics for this class vary,
but a common idea in
each class is that you are guided into self
exploration, body and breath
awareness and guided or facilitated movements.
The Unwinding class
may be thought of as "moving meditation". Gentle
hands-on and verbal guidance are used to resolve
fascial restrictions and stress that build
up over time and can lead to patterns of
movement that may no longer
be serving you well. You are encouraged to fully
express and expand through these exercises
followed by a period of reflection in closing.

appropriate because each participant moves at their own
pace without any expectations or boundaries. Please view
