Cancellation Policy

Thank you for scheduling an appointment at Austin BodyWorks. We are sure you
will enjoy your experience with us. Our dedicated therapists hold the time
of your appointment exclusively for you to help you with your health and
relaxation needs. In return for this reservation of time, we ask that you
adhere to the following cancellation policy for all massage therapy and
Myofascial Release appointments:

You may cancel any appointment with at least 24 hours notice with no charge
or penalty.

For appointment cancellations of less than 24 hours, there is a first time
charge of the entire price of the session. This first time charge will be
placed in the client's account and may be used for the next service. After
the first cancellation, there is a charge of $50 per cancellation with no
credit given. If you do not call and do not show up for your appointment,
there is a full charge for the session with no refund or credit given. With
your understanding, there are no exceptions to this cancellation policy.
